9 Songs You Should Listen To When DEPRESSION Haunts You

Depression is a negative energy revolving around and within you that needs to be pulled out and thrown away. Because you don’t deserve to be sad, nobody in the whole world should let their minds haunt them. And it surely does not depend on the financial well being. Just take a recent example of Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington. He had every luxury and fame but what he faced in his personal life could not be compensated with money.

There is nothing more powerful than your mind, not even the brain. It has the intensity to destroy everything that tries to intervene. And what soothes this mind is music. So, if you ever feel depressed, listen to these songs which will take you to their own magical world, which will make you realize that you have the guts to face and overcome any challenges in life.

1. Aas Pass Hai Khuda

Khud pe daal tu nazar,

Halato se haar kar kaha chala re,

Haath ki lakir ko modta marodta,

Hai hausala re.

If you feel lost, deprived, and helpless, even if the whole world is against you, God will always help you if you are doing the right thing. If God believes in you, why can’t you believe in yourself? Running away from you problems isn’t going to make them disappear. Remember, whatever happens, happens for a good cause. After time passes, you will realize that every little thing can teach you in some or the other way.

2. Mera Jahan

Udne ko sau pankh diye hai,

Chadhne ko khula aasman,

Mudne ko hai karvat karvat,

Aur badhne ko mera jahaan.

You have dreams to conquer, those are your dreams that nobody can take away from you. And for that, there comes a little; maybe more of pain that you have to go through. But you are capable enough to surpass all obstacles. Remember, a beautiful rose has thorns too. Both good and bad go hand in hand.

3. Love You Zindagi

Aane do ane do, dil me aa jane do,

Keh do muskurahat ko Hi Hi Hi Hi,

Jane do jane do dil se chale jane do,

Keh do ghabrahat ko Bye Bye Bye.

It’s true that it isn’t as easy to ‘bye bye’ your problems and insecurities as you think. But if your mind is stable, calm, and aware of the problem; the solution can be obtained more quickly. It is thus said that you should not make decisions when you are angry.

4. Ekla Cholo Re

Open thy mind walk alone,

Be not afraid walk alone.

Jodi tor dak shune keu na ashe

Tobe ekla cholo re.

(If nobody listens to you, walk alone)

This is my personal favorite because it makes you realize the bitter truth of life that at times, there will be no one for you to hold your hand and be there for you. But there should always be a person who will never leave you and have faith in you. You need someone and that person is you. You should never doubt your abilities and always trust yourself. If you betray yourself, then what is the difference between you and others?

5. Kehkasha Tu Meri

Tujhe kya fikar jo siyaahi bhari hai jahaan mein,

Charagon ke aage khushamat kare kyu bhala teri shaamein,

Hai teri dono aankhein roshni se bhari.

If you think the world is filled with inhumanity, don’t feel depressed. There are few people who put down the whole society. There are also people who do good to others and hope to receive the same. You don’t need to entertain those who don’t value your presence. Instead, give love to those who need and they will give it back to you.

6. Jeete Hai Chal

Kehta ye pal khudse nikal,

Jeete hai chal jeete hai chal.

Ghum musafir tha jaane de,

Dhoop aangan mein aane de,

Jeete hai chal jeete hai chal.

It’s time that you stop overthinking. Leave the negative and live positive. This will not happen overnight. You need self-confidence and you have that. Everybody has it just they don’t call it out. Your life is much much more precious than any problems you are facing.

7. Aanewala Pal

Aanewala pal jaanewala hai,

Ho sake to isme zindagi bita lo,

Pal jo ye jaane wala hai.

Time changes everything. Time heals everything. It teaches you patience, value and responsibility to take your decisions. You should live in present and plan out for future instead of worrying about it. Your planning will help lessen the severity of issues that would trouble you later.

8. Mere Sang

Rukna na raahon me roke agar kal tujhe parchhaiyaan,

Sang tere mein bhi hu tanhaa nahi har teri tanhaaiyaan.

Don’t let your fears invade your confidence. Don’t stop until you think you have given your 100%. You have made it till here and that deserves a hats off. Just have a little faith and keep doing your work, and let the Karma do the rest.

9. Zinda Hai To

Zinda hai to pyaala pura bhar le,

Kancha phoote choora kanch kar le,

Koyla kala hai chattano ne pala hai,

Andar kala bahar kala par sachha hai saala.

If you have battled till here, if you have stayed firm till here, if you have believed in yourself till here, then why stop now? Whatever you get be it the smallest opportunity, develop it into the turning point of your life.

I can see the courage in you, I can see the stubbornness in you, I can feel that you won’t give up, and I wish that all the best and beautiful things come into your life, including your sweet little smile 🙂

You really make it seem really easy along with your presentation however I find this matter to be really something which I think I would by no means understand. It kind of feels too complicated and very huge for me. I am having a look forward in your next submit, I’ll attempt to get the hold of it!
